Do wool rugs shed?

When you first start using the rug, you may notice some slight shedding of fibers. This is a natural process for wool. Over time (up to a maximum of six months), this process stops.

Can the rugs be washed?

We do not recommend machine washing. It is best to use manual cleaning or a professional rug cleaning service.
